New Graduates Are Welcome

Plenty of agencies ask for six months or more of paid experience before they’ll take you on. We don’t see it that way. If you’ve completed your qualification and your work placement, and you have the right checks, we’ll help you get started. Your coordinator will match you with services that support new workers, so your first shifts build your confidence.

    Job Seeker FAQs

Is there a fee to register?

No. Registering with Total Quality Employment Solutions is free.

    Do I need experience?

No paid experience is required if you’ve completed your qualification and work placement. Experienced workers are welcome too.

    Can I choose my locations?

Yes. Tell us which suburbs or towns you can travel to and we’ll offer shifts in those areas.

Can I work while I'm still studying?

It depends on the sector. In early childhood, educators who are actively working towards an approved qualification can fill some roles. Aged care and disability providers usually want your qualification and placement finished first. Talk to us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
