    How much notice do you need for a casual shift?

    As much as you can give, but we regularly fill same-day shifts where staff are available in your area.

    What's the minimum booking?

    A single shift. Minimum engagement periods are set by the relevant award, and we’ll confirm them when you book.

    Can we book the same worker for several weeks?

    Yes. Block bookings keep one worker with you for a set run of shifts.

    Who pays the worker?

    We do. Total Quality Employment Solutions pays wages, superannuation and WorkCover, and you receive one invoice.

    Do you cover nights, weekends and public holidays?

    Yes. We fill early, late, overnight and weekend shifts, including public holidays.

    What if a worker doesn't turn up?

    It’s rare, but if it happens we’ll find a replacement as fast as possible and follow up with the worker.
