Who We Are
Total Quality Employment Solutions started with a straightforward observation. Across Victoria, thousands of people finish qualifications in aged care, disability support and early childhood education every year, while care providers struggle to find reliable staff. We set out to close that gap.
Total Quality Employment Solutions connects qualified graduates from Registered Training Organisations with the aged care homes, home care services, NDIS providers and early learning services that need them. We handle the matching, the compliance checks and the administration, so providers can focus on care and workers can focus on building their careers.
What Makes Us Different
We Specialise in Care
We don’t supply workers to warehouses, construction sites or call centres. We work only with aged care, disability and early childhood services, filling care roles and the facility support roles behind them. That focus means we understand the qualifications, the screening rules and the day-to-day realities of the roles we fill.
We Take Compliance Seriously
Total Quality Employment Solutions holds a Victorian labour hire licence (VICLHL10389) issued by the Labour Hire Authority under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic). We keep up to date with the requirements that apply to each sector, from NDIS Worker Screening Checks and aged care worker screening to Victoria’s Child Safe Standards and the 2026 early childhood child safety reforms, and we verify every worker’s documents before they’re placed.
We Start With Education
Our links with RTOs give us early access to motivated graduates who’ve recently completed their training and work placements. We know what they’ve studied, how they’ve been assessed and where their strengths lie, which helps us make better matches.
We Look After Our Workers
Well-supported staff give better care. We pay correctly and on time under the relevant award, offer flexible shifts and stay in touch with our workers so they feel part of a team, even when they’re working across different sites.
