    Are your educators qualified?

    Yes. Our educators hold ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. If an educator is actively working towards an approved qualification, we’ll tell you before the shift.

    Do your staff have a Working with Children Check?

    Every educator holds a current Victorian Working with Children Check.

    Do your educators hold first aid for childcare?

    Yes. They hold HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, covering asthma and anaphylaxis.

    Can your relief educators count toward our ratios?

    Yes. Our educators count toward educator-to-child ratios when working directly with children, and Diploma qualified educators can count toward your Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care requirements.

    Are your educators ready for the 2026 child safety reforms?

    Yes. Every educator has completed the required child safety and child protection training and follows your no-personal-devices rules. We also give you the details you need to add them to the National Early Childhood Worker Register.

    How quickly can you send a relief educator?

    We aim to confirm same-day relief where educators are available in your area. Call us as early as possible.

    Can you supply staff for vacation care and OSHC?

    Yes. We supply OSHC and vacation care educators and can plan cover ahead of school holidays.
